It's Monday! What Are You Reading? 02/12/2018

I have several stacks of books I will be highlighting this week for Black History Month. I am still listening to A Wrinkle in Time in my car.

Here is a recap of the books I finished and wrote about over the past week.

  1. I cannot wait to read All’s Faire in Middle School -- it looks so fun and inventive. It's been on my list for a while. I also have A Wrinkle in Time out and ready to go. But I was undecided on whether to read it first before reading it aloud with my children. Then I came upon all these online activities to do while reading and I TOTALLY fell into overwhelmed and indecisiveness. So I think I'll read it first this week and then start it with the kids in a couple weeks. :) Enjoyed your list!

  2. I have All's Faire In Middle School & need to read it. like so many others. I'm sure it's great. My youngest granddaughter (kdg) loves The Cookie Fiasco &is now working through "reading it" herself. It's the draw of it that seems so inspiring to her I think. I loved Shark Lady, great bio, and thanks for the others, new titles to find!

  3. I borrowed All's Faire in Middle School - I adored her previous graphic novel - so I am really hoping against hope that this gets bumped up in my reading stack which is unbelievably high at this point.
